PROFILE

I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the fashion industry—constantly learning, evolving, and pushing creative boundaries. My journey began with studies in Fashion Design Technology – Pattern Cutting at the London College of Fashion, followed by a specialization in Haute Couture Pattern Making at Accademia Koefia in Rome. I then pursued a Top-Up Honours degree in Fashion/Apparel Design at Marbella Design Academy, and later completed a Master’s in Management and Marketing of Fashion and Luxury at MIA Digital University in Barcelona.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most respected names in luxury fashion—from Whistles to MatchesFashion.com—and interning with iconic houses such as Alexander McQueen and Reem Juan. I’ve also worked as an Assistant Designer for Ioannis Dimitrousis, Ion Tail, and DoDoDez. My design journey has taken me across cultures and continents; in India, I collaborated with Sailex Ng in Delhi and worked as a Design Consultant and Stylist for Nupur Kanoi in Calcutta.

One of my most memorable projects was creating a textile installation for Lakme Fashion Week 2016 for Yana Ngoaba—a project that allowed me to merge creativity, craftsmanship, and storytelling in a deeply personal way.

From 2016 to October 2024, I led the Fashion Design Department at FAD International Academy (Mumbai Campus) as Head of Department. Those eight years were profoundly fulfilling—mentoring young talent, curating academic frameworks, and driving creative innovation across the department allowed me to grow just as much as the students I guided.

Currently, I serve as the Director at MSR Academia, where I lead the institution’s creative and academic vision—developing programs that bridge design education, innovation, and industry relevance.

Alongside this, I am a Visiting Professor at SP Jain School of Global Management, where I teach Design Thinking as part of the MGLuxM (Master in Global Luxury Goods and Services Management) program. I also occasionally conduct interviews for the program’s admissions process, engaging with prospective students and helping identify emerging talent in the fields of luxury and design.

While I am not currently seeking new full-time opportunities, I remain open to collaboration, mentoring, and serving on academic advisory boards—continuing to contribute to the evolving dialogue between fashion, education, and innovation.
